Most men talk about goals, but few live with standards. Goals are optional. Standard is law. A goal is something you hope to reach. A standard is something you refuse to fall below. That difference explains almost every result you see in your life. A man with goals negotiates with himself. A man with standards does not. A man with goals does not ask, do I feel like it today? He already decided. In this episode, this episode isn't about motivation. It's not about hustle. It's not about getting fired up. It's about structure and identity and self-command.
